OUR PHILOSOPHY
Danielle specializes in yoga, creative movement, mindful alignment, and strength building that is grounded in anatomy and physiology. She has spent many years studying the body both intrinsically through dance and yoga, and scientifically through anatomy, physiology, and neuroscience. Through this research, she has come to understand how the body and the mind are inherently linked. Thus, she hopes to help others find this internal connection yoga, exercise, and movement.
Sessions and classes are built around a keen understanding of movement science, breath, and body awareness. Practitioners are led through an empowering, artistic flow, that leaves them feeling centered, calmed, and energized.
Danielle has focused her research on fostering yoga sessions that can be tailored to anyone’s needs. As such, one-on-one sessions are completely individualized and tailored to your needs and abilities. We may get up and down from the floor or do an entire session in a chair, depending on how you feel that day and hour.
